The concept of Purpose Led Profit hasn’t come overnight. It’s been years in the making. As my team and I looked back over the decades I’ve been in business, we saw the pattern. Purpose and Profit had, in fact, been the Donna Krech way of doing business for years. I believe it’s the right way to do business, not to mention the best way to live life. I’m not alone in my philosophy as some of the best businesses on earth have operated with Purpose Led Profit; they just didn’t call it that.

Please bear in mind that all these podcasts, and especially this one, were hand picked to match the Donna Krech way of doing business. Each one focuses on either purpose or profit, or a combination of the two. Choose which subjects will most complete your Purpose Led Profit picture and apply them with passion then just watch the blessings come…both financial and personal blessings.

I’ve been down all 3 roads: one where my focus was on mainly purpose, heart feeling and inspiration; one where my attention was nearly exclusively on proformas, P&L’s, stats and marketing measurable; and one where I had a blissful and bountiful experience combining both. Realizing I’d been down all 3 roads allowed me to see my story was not so different, and others could relate to it. Today I am honored and humbled to present to you the Donna Krech way.

It’s success with substance. It’s about meaning and money. It delivers Make a Difference marketing. Over the years, I’ve struggled with the false dilemma that I could have one or the other, but not both. Not true, my friends. We can—and we are called to—have both!

What you think creates what you feel and how you feel determines your actions. Motivation is a feeling and many people find it easily lost. They set a goal that has unachievable so far, they attempt to think and act differently but have little knowledge about how to do that. So, the little motivation that gets built at the beginning of setting a goal does not last, long term behavior change doesn't happen, and goals don't get achieved.

Well, we aim to change all that with NeverEnding Motivation Life Coaching. Sometimes people need help setting the goal, sometimes they need help creating a plan, and sometimes they need help overcoming obstacles or staying accountable. Life Coaching does all these things.
